PROJECT 1 - Airline Ground Handler start-up
Class Above has had the privilege to assist a start-up aviation ground handling company and design a full intranet management system. Designed to be in conformance with the latest IATA ISAGO standards the integrated system combines safety, quality, operational, training and governance requirements which seamlessly transpires to the end user in various devices such as PCs, tablets and phones for ease of use and data capture for performance and management review.
PROJECT 2 - International Logistics Provider
An international logistics provider and freight forwarder required specialist training services within their customer service team. Their team comprised of industry veterans as well as people who were relatively new to the industry so the company wanted to support their staff by providing highly specialised and tailored training which could be focused on the team as a whole as well as the individuals. This was a far cry from the 'one size fits all' approach.
Class Above worked with management to structure a varied and tailored training course which catered for the organisations goals but at the same time provided individuals with the knowledge and real tools they could immediately put in to practice.
PROJECT 3 - Airline Ground Handler
Class Above worked on a project with a global airline ground handler and designed their standard operating procedures (SOPs) and associated training material. The material was written to be in conformance with IATA ISAGO standards and designed to be an interactive tool for staff and management.
